Pre-Payments are not mandatory
For hair services make sure your hair is not oily, greasy or wet especially with sweat
The salon manager will explain to you the inclusion for the booked service and also inform you about the products used for your services.
We expect you reach on time for the appointment.
We always recommend that you book your service in advance.
Connect with your salon manager. Depending on the type of your service he/she is the best person to advise you.
You can carry your cell phone to the salon. We request you use silent mode in the salon and during the service.
Hair color FAQs
Depending in the types of the color used which can vary from permanent, semi-permanent. You can speak to the stylist to understand the same.
Haircut/style FAQs
Don’t worry. Our stylists will guide you on this one.
Consultations from stylist. Depends on texture (dry damaged hair, color treated hair, chemical processed hair) of your hair and your requireemnts.
We request your ensure that your hair should not greasy, oily or wet with perspiration (sweat).
